Site terms

By using this website you agree to use it lawfully, and not to copy, resell or present its content as your own. The methodology descriptions, evidence images and Figma frames shown here belong to Fashion Brand Lab or to the store they were captured from, and may not be reused without permission.

The three levels

These terms cover all three cumulative levels. Full scope for each is stated on its own page and forms part of these terms: the Full Conversion Audit at $450, Audit + Full Figma Redesign at $1,500, and Audit + Redesign + Shopify at $2,750. Each level contains the one before it. If you start lower and move up later, what you have already paid is credited towards the higher level, and the balance is quoted at the scope and pricing current when you decide.

Every level includes a full-store evidence capture and a deep inspection of every materially different page, template and buying state, an annotated visual audit report, and a separate prioritised implementation checklist.

Delivery

Every turnaround below begins once your booking is complete (see Payment), or once any required access or materials beyond what you gave at booking are received, if that is later. Never from the date of enquiry.

• $450 Full Conversion Audit. Delivered within 5 business days.
• $1,500 Audit + Full Figma Redesign. 7 business days to the completed Figma, ready for your consolidated review round.
• $2,750 Audit + Redesign + Shopify. 7 business days to the private staging preview. Publication follows your approval.

Time spent waiting for your review, your approval or any decision we have asked you for is not part of these production periods and does not count against them.

Cancellation and refunds

All service purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is made. Cancelling, changing your mind, or delaying any access we still need does not create a refund entitlement and does not reset the agreed timeline.

If required access is delayed, then work does not begin, the delivery clock does not begin, the delivery date moves accordingly, and the payment remains non-refundable.

Exceptions apply only where applicable law requires a refund, or where Fashion Brand Lab is unable to provide the agreed service. Where we cannot provide it, we refund the amount paid for the part not provided.

The amount charged at checkout is the full price of the level you chose. We do not take deposits or part-payments.

Reviews and revisions

• $450 Audit. A completed expert opinion. Factual corrections only, meaning something objectively wrong given the evidence. No general revision round.
• $1,500 Redesign. One consolidated client review round on the Figma. Scope locks on approval.
• $2,750 Implementation. One consolidated client review round, covering the Figma and the implementation scope together. Scope locks on approval, and we build. The private staging preview that follows is for verifying the approved work, checking responsive behaviour, raising bugs or deviations from the approved Figma, and approving publication. It is not a second review round.

Bugs or deviations from the approved design are corrected as part of our work and do not use the client’s review round.

Shopify implementation

Work happens on a duplicated, unpublished copy of your theme. Your live theme is never edited or published without your separate, explicit approval. Anything touching shared store resources, such as product data, navigation or policies, is identified separately and approved on its own.

Implementation is Shopify only, on your existing theme. It is not a new store build, a platform migration or a custom app. A 14-day bug-only implementation warranty applies after handover, covering defects and deviations from what you approved, not new work.

Not included at any level

New product photography, a full technical SEO or performance audit, analytics installation, A/B-test execution, email or advertising work, ongoing conversion-rate-optimisation management, unlimited support, and any guarantee of a specific conversion or revenue outcome.

Ownership

On full payment, the deliverables produced for you, meaning the audit report, the implementation checklist, the Figma file and any theme code written for your store, are yours to use, edit and keep. Fashion Brand Lab keeps ownership of its own methodology, templates and internal tooling. We do not publish your store as a public example without your separate written permission.

Payment

All three levels are booked directly: choose your level, give us the project details that level needs, and complete billing and payment, in one step. There is no separate scope-approval stage before payment. At every level, work begins once payment is received and, where the level needs access beyond what you gave at booking, once that access is in.

Online payment is not yet available on this site. The forms, including the checkout, currently run entirely inside your own browser: they transmit nothing, store nothing on our systems and take no payment. Until online payment is live, invoices are issued by email. See the current status note in the privacy policy.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

Limitation

Fashion Brand Lab provides diagnosis, design and implementation recommendations based on direct evidence and an established methodology. We do not guarantee any increase in conversion, revenue or sales at any level, and any before and after shown on this site is a description of what changed, not a measured result.
