01  ·  From audit to live

One problem,
carried as far
as it went.

Four examples, one at a time. Each one shows only the stages that genuinely exist.

01/04
Size and fit  ·  Product page

A size chart that was a picture on another page.

White Rose
01Before
Before The White Rose size guide before: a flat graphic of a measurement table, in inches only, on its own page away from the dress.
02Audit
Audit The matching page from the Fashion Brand Lab audit report: the annotated size guide capture with three numbered callouts, and the written finding beside it.
03Figma
Figma The Fashion Brand Lab Figma frame answering that finding: a required size selector with the size guide beside it and a measurement panel with an inches and centimetres switch.
04Live
Live The White Rose product page as published today: the size guide opens on the product page, states that the figures are body measurements, and switches between inches and centimetres.
Recommendations  ·  Product page

You may also like, without names or prices.

White Rose
01Before
Before The White Rose you may also like row before: two photographs with no product name and no price, a third cut off at the edge, and a sticky add to cart bar sitting over the row.
02Live
Live The same row as published today: three products, each with its name and its price underneath, and nothing covering them.
Delivery  ·  Whole journey

Three free-delivery thresholds on one journey.

No Emotions
01Before
Before Three captures of No Emotions pages side by side: an announcement bar promising free UK shipping over one hundred and fifty pounds, a trust row promising free delivery over two hundred pounds with no region named, and a second bar promising free delivery over one hundred and fifty pounds.
02Figma
Figma Fashion Brand Lab redesign: one region-aware announcement bar, a delivery block beside Add to Cart giving cost, threshold, arrival date, duties and destination country, and the same threshold repeated in the cart.
Navigation  ·  Phone

A phone menu that never named a garment.

Norah Lane
01Before
Before A phone menu with three links reading New, Sale and About, then Search, Account and Bag, and nothing that tells the shopper what the store sells.
02Figma
Figma Fashion Brand Lab redesign of the same menu: a search field, five garment categories each with the number of products in it, and a Before You Choose block linking to find your size, fabric and care, and shipping and returns.

Swipe, or use the arrows, to move through the set.

03  ·  Where this level sits

The complete service.
Nothing left
for you to brief out.

Every level below this one is included in it.

Each level contains the one before it, so this is not three purchases. Start smaller with the $450 audit if you would rather see the findings first.

04  ·  Questions

Before you
hand over access.

What access do you need, and can you break my store?

A staff or collaborator account with theme access, not full store admin. All work happens on a freshly duplicated, unpublished theme, so your live theme is never edited. Publishing requires your separate, explicit approval, and anything that touches shared store data such as products, navigation or policies is identified and approved on its own.

Is this a new store or a rebuild?

Neither. This is implementation on your existing Shopify theme. It is not a new store build, a platform migration, or a custom app, and it is Shopify only at this level.

What if something in the audit cannot actually be built?

It gets flagged before implementation starts, at the scope approval stage, with what is technically feasible and what is not. We do not quietly implement a compromise version, and we do not treat every audit hypothesis as pre-approved.

How many review rounds are there?

One. It is consolidated and written, and it covers the Figma and the implementation scope together. After you approve it, we build. The private staging preview that follows is where you verify the approved work, check it on your own devices and approve publication, not a second design round. Bugs or deviations from the approved Figma are fixed as part of our work and never use your round.

What happens after you publish?

A 14-day bug-only implementation warranty. Anything that is broken or deviates from what you approved gets fixed. New pages, new features or new design directions are quoted separately. Photography, technical SEO, analytics, A/B testing, advertising and ongoing CRO management are not included at any level, and no conversion or revenue result is guaranteed.

Book your full build.

One booking form covers the store, your theme and access details, and billing. Nothing more to send afterwards.

14-day bug-only warranty

Your live theme is never edited or published without your separate, explicit approval. The seven business days start when you book and the Shopify access the build needs is granted, and end at the private staging preview. Publication follows your approval.
